Three ways to buy
Most complete
Run the whole operation
Opulence Ops Platform
Takeoff, bids, jobs, change orders, crews, invoicing and collections on one login, for the whole team.
One flat price per company
5 to 50 team seats included, by plan. Never billed per head.
The takeoff becomes the bid, the job and the invoice
A change order is applied before a job can be invoiced
Crew scheduling, Google Calendar and a collections list built in
Field photos and the crew phone app, job costing and labor, and the general-contractor tools (invite to bid, RFIs, progress billing) are switched on for your company when you ask.
More than 50 seats? Talk to us and we will size a plan with you rather than let you find a limit later.
Blueprint Takeoff
The takeoff engine on its own, priced per seat
Every plan is the full engine; nothing is held back for a higher tier. The plans differ by service: how you are onboarded, how you are supported, and how early you get what we build next. On Elite, the Ops platform comes with it.
Every plan includes the full takeoff engine
One click measures a room, and Count Similar finds the matching symbols across the set
Area, linear, count and wall measurements, on plan sets up to 500 MB
The scale read off the title block and checked against the sheet’s own dimensions
Sheets named from their own title blocks, and a revised sheet compared against the one it replaces
Live sessions with teammates’ cursors on the sheet, and co-editing in beta
Your assemblies and rates, imported and exported as a spreadsheet
Takeoff to itemized bid in one click, signed online by your customer
Hosted bid links with open and signature tracking, and a follow-up list for every quote that goes quiet
An AI assistant that reads the plans with you, included within a monthly allowance

Or have our estimators do the takeoff
No takeoff software to learn. Upload a plan set, pick the trade and the project size, and our estimators measure it and send back the documents you choose, on your own letterhead. One monthly seat, then a fixed price for each takeoff.

In their words
People who bid every week.
“It is the little things that add up: the scale sets itself, the sheets name themselves, and one takeoff creates the bid, the job, the account and the contacts at once. I email the estimate from the platform and get a notification the minute the customer signs.”
“The easiest takeoff software I have learned. I had never done a blueprint takeoff and sent my first estimate within a few hours. After that it runs the rest for you: bid follow-ups, payment reminders, change orders, field reports and the crew’s photos.”
Straight answers
Questions before you buy.
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel from your billing page at any time. Onboarding is included on every software plan: we import your open jobs and your price list, connect your calendar and train your team on their own screens, with no setup fee.
The outsourcing portal is free for your first 30 days and starts with $150 of takeoff credit, with a card saved and nothing charged until the credit is used or the 30 days end. The software plans bill from the day you subscribe, so the way to try those is the walkthrough: twenty minutes on your own plan set, and for a team that wants a proper run at it we arrange a guided pilot with a person rather than a form.
A seat is a person who signs in. On the Ops Platform a plan carries 5, 15 or 50 team seats and you invite people up to that number; a crew member who never signs in costs nothing. On Blueprint Takeoff you pay per estimator seat, and every seat is the full engine. The outsourcing portal has its own seat for the people who place orders.
Both carry the whole platform: the takeoff engine, the job pipeline and sales activity. Elite is a per-seat Blueprint Takeoff plan with our top service level (first-in-line custom development and technology consulting) that adds the Ops platform on top; the Ops plans are the same platform priced flat per company by team size. If you want the job pipeline for a team, an Ops plan is the simpler buy; Elite is for an estimating shop that wants the top service level on the takeoff side as well.
Each takeoff is a fixed price by trade and project size, shown before you submit the order and charged to your card on file when it is delivered. Rush delivery is a flat fee of $25 or $50 on top, shown before you submit. If your plans turn out bigger than the size you pick, your estimator will ask you to approve the new size — nothing changes until you do. There is no checkout per order and no invoice to chase.
No. A software plan is one monthly amount, per company on the Ops plans and per seat on Blueprint Takeoff, however many bids, jobs and invoices you run through it. Only the outsourcing service charges per takeoff, because each one is work our estimators do for you.
Switch plans from your billing page, or ask us and we will do it with you. The seat count on an Ops plan is enforced when you invite somebody, so you find out before anyone is locked out, and above 50 seats we size a plan with you rather than let you discover a limit later.
By card, through Stripe. The exact amount is shown on the checkout screen before anything is charged, and your invoices and receipts live on your billing page. Your data is yours on every plan: every table exports to Excel or CSV from Settings, and there is a read-only API for the tools you already run.
