For specialty subcontractors
Job management software for specialty subcontractors
One system that takes a job from bid to paid, without paying per technician for a general contractor product with the hard parts switched off.

Most contractor software is built for the other side of the table
General contractors have bigger budgets and more seats, so that is who this market builds for. What a subcontractor gets offered is usually a GC product with modules disabled, priced per user including the field, sold on the assumption that somebody in your office administers software full time.
The result is a ten-person shop paying enterprise money for an RFI log they will never open, while the things that actually cost them money (change orders built before they were priced, invoices nobody chased) are handled in a group text.
What you get
Built around how this trade actually works
The whole lifecycle, one number
Plan, bid, sold, build, invoice, paid. The estimate number becomes the job number becomes the invoice number, and every screen keys on it.
Buy the modules you use
Takeoff, job management, sales activity, field documentation, job costing, invite to bid, GC delivery, progress billing and labour are separate. An organisation that never turns one on is byte-identical to one that never had it.
Priced for seats, not headcount
Crew members can be scheduled, dispatched and have their work documented without a paid login each.
More than one trade, properly
Filters, boards, quotas, cost codes, calendars and reporting are all per trade, and two trades can bill under two entities with their own letterheads and bank details.
Built for bad signal
Field capture and the time clock write to the device before the network is touched. A basement in a new build is the normal case, not an edge case.
A record you can defend
Append-only audit log, frozen evidence on photos, costs, punches and signed documents, including against us. Corrections are voids and reposts, never silent edits.
How it works
Start to finish
- 1
Start with the bid
Takeoff or hand-written, sent as a real document, signed online.
- 2
Win it and schedule it
The bid becomes a job carrying its number and its lines. A crew owns it and gets told.
- 3
Build it and document it
Photos, checklists, daily reality. Changes get priced before they get built.
- 4
Invoice and collect
On the same number, with a chase list ranked by dollars at risk.
What we will not claim
There is no time clock with geofence enforcement or idle detection, and there is no payroll: the labour module records days and costs, and says so plainly rather than implying it does withholdings. There is no CPM scheduler. There is no drawing viewer with OCR. Invitations to bid are not emailed automatically yet.

Those are on the page because a buyer finding them out in month three is worse for everybody than reading them in month zero. If one of them is your dealbreaker, we would rather you bought something else than churned.
